AWS product infrastructure resides in the Canada / US east region and maintains an audited security program, as well as physical, environmental, and infrastructure security protections. Business continuity and disaster recovery plans have been independently validated as part of their SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. We retain the information that we collect in accordance with our legal obligations. Unless otherwise required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information we have collected if such personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

While the personal information you send is secure once it reaches the Elite Experts server, we can never guarantee security between your computer and ours. We cannot guarantee the security of any communication to or from the Website.
