In addition to his significant experience at the senior leadership level, Richard is a court qualified expert witness as a functional evaluator and remains a mentor for his expert colleagues. His diverse background has allowed him to gain a unique perspective on all facets of the medical assessment industry.
Throughout his career, he has remained focused on quality in all aspects of his work. He has modeled his approach after one of his favorite quotes by William A Foster: “Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives”.

On a personal note, Richard is first and foremost a proud father to his two daughters and has been happily married to his wife Grace for almost 30 years. In his spare time, he loves traveling, preparing elaborate meals with his family, working on his antique muscle cars, and enjoying a good glass of wine. He has even been known to dabble in the world of professional drag racing!
